From its' humble beginnings as a place to house Countess Manvers paintings, Thoresby Gallery is now home to an extensive array of paintings, ceramics, glass, jewellery and textiles.

Specialising in representing regional artists, it demonstrates the richness and depth of artistic talent on its' doorstep. All items are for immediate purchase & collection.

A unique collection of work by Marie-Louise Pierrepont: 1889 – 1984, who lived at Thoresby until her death is on permanent exhibition. She explored a range of artistic styles during her lifetime and recording the lifestyle of people and places both at Thoresby, and during her extensive travels throughout Europe and North Africa.

The Annual Open Exhibition is one of the few remaining artists' competition that displays the original paintings for selection. Click here for further details.
