This wonderful tapestry has been designed and made at Thoresby by a local community group led by Roz Beeson.

Based on flora and fauna the work brings together many different elements of textile design and is testament to the wealth of skills in our local community.

WIDE OPEN

Exciting NEW SPRING ‘OPEN’ EXHIBITION for all local artists Thoresby Wide Open invites amateur and professional artists to submit recent 2D wall hung work for this exciting new show.

Paying tribute to our traditional ‘Images of Spring’ exhibition this 1st year’s Wide Open theme will be ‘SPRING’
A guaranteed showcase in a busy contemporary space
~ All work submitted will be shown* There is no selection process
~ Solo Show Prize - A lucky winner will be offered a solo show at Thoresby
~ A chance to sell direct to the public*  
~ Fee: £7 each, up to 3 entries per artist*
